The D7500 manual says that SnapBridge relies on both BlueTooth and WiFi – usually the former. That still doesn't answer the question of whether the D7500 supports WiFi connection to a Mac or PC. Macs can use multiple networking interfaces at the same time – so if the D7500 wanted you to connect to it in a way that would tie up the Mac's WiFi interface, the Mac could still use its wired Ethernet interface to connect to the Internet. Actually, if you were able to make it happen, 1) it will be painfully slow and 2, I would think your computer would lose it's connection to the internet while you were connected to the camera since the computer can only access one internet connection at a time (as far as I know, there may be tricks or apps but I"ve never tried it). ![]()
